Historic vehicle scheme (hvs) for original or restored historic vehicles (with and without log book) includes cars, motorcycles, trucks, tractors and traction engines. They set about planning, and gathering necessary items and, early in 2009, historical registration was granted by the rta and the club name registered with the department of fair trading.
